Realization of DAKO | Classic single-family house with DAKO joinery
The main features that were to characterize the house for a family of three were functionality and timeless appearance. The choice fell on a ready-made architectural project – "House in Kalateach 7", which was arranged to the individual needs of the owners.
- the heart of this house is undoubtedly the kitchen combined with the dining room, from which you can go out to the terrace. The owners decided on HKS terrace doors. It is a tilt and slide system that combines modern solutions with an affordable price
- also in the living room HKS terrace doors have been installed, from which you can go out to the next terrace on the other side of the building
- PVC windows from the DPP-70 series were installed throughout the house. This is a classic DAKO proposal with good thermal insulation parameters at a competitive price
- in the bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom, the owners decided on tilt and turn windows, while in the dining room, in addition to terrace doors, fixed glazing was also installed
- to increase the privacy of household members, in the bathroom the window is equipped with a matte glass that only transmits light
- the owners decided on an aluminium insert panel door, model Tala, with a stainless steel grip and side light, which illuminates the entrance hall of the house
- the milling in the entrance door fits perfectly with DAKO garage doors. One of them, a two-car one, leads to the garage, while the other, a single-car one, is used as an entrance to the basement. Both gates have a panel thickness of 60 mm and are equipped with an automatic drive
- all DAKO products installed in this house were made in anthracite color
