In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (OJ EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), hereinafter referred to as GDPR, I hereby inform you that:

3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of establishing contact, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, as a legitimate interest pursued by the controller.
4. The recipients of your personal data will be solely entities authorised to receive such data under the law, as well as entities involved in the subject matter of the contact.
5. The processing is based on your voluntarily given consent, which may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.
6. Your personal data will be stored until the consent is withdrawn or the purpose of the processing ceases.
7. You have the right to request access to your personal data from the controller, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability — all in accordance with Articles 15–22 of the GDPR.
8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Polish Data Protection Office (UODO).
9. Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide such data may make it impossible to establish contact.
