DAKO - producer of windows, doors, roller shutters and garage doors from Poland

We have been in a business to business relationship with DAKO for the past year. We have made numerous purchases of the HST lift and slide doors for our garden office solutions business. The ongoing technical advice and support received from James has been excellent and we really value his input. The products are well packaged,  the deliveries are on time and the quality of the product is great. We have also had direct contact with the DAKO Head Office team in relation to customer orders and enquiries. We have built a solid and strong relationship with both the DAKO team and James. I have been dealing with DAKO since December 2020 and I am really impressed with the excellent levels of service. The product is super and faultless. The purchase process from ordering through to delivery has been seamless. We ordered the DA-77 range of sliding doors, windows and entry doors for our house renovations. They are 7.8 metres wide and it is an incredibly smooth sliding system. We also replaced every window and door in our house. We opted for the anthracite grey colour scheme which is a very modern look and has totally transformed our 1960’s build. 

I recently purchased and fitted triple glazed windows from DAKO in Poland. This company was a pleasure to deal with on many levels. The initial contact was very prompt and professional. All my queries were answered quickly and thoroughly and I was guided through the early design stages with professiononalism and great technical knowledge. The end product matched the sizes ordered exactly, and the end result is beautiful. The delivery arrived exactly as promised; perfect for my programme. I can not recommend this company and product highly enough. I will definetly use this company again for future projects.
