The construction of industrial doors with panel filling is made of galvanised steel elements. The door skin entirely consists of steel panels filled with polyurethane foam (painted or veneered). The offer also includes glazed commercial doors, almost entirely built with glazed aluminium panels.
The 40 mm thick panel is filled with CFC-free polyurethane foam covered with a galvanised steel sheet. The height of the panel, depending on the type, is 480 mm, 500 mm or 610 mm. The panel is characterised by excellent thermal insulation (heat transfer coefficient U = 0.54 W/m2K). Increased corrosion protection is ensured by high-quality zinc and aluminium alloy coating (Galfan), applied to the sheet surface by hot dipping.

The individual selection of torsion springs to the specificity of certain solutions ensures reliable operation of the door for many years. Standard springs are calculated at 25,000 thousand cycles with the possibility of changing to 50,000 thousand cycles. Depending on the dimensions, 2 to 4 torsion springs are installed in industrial doors.
SIndustrial sectional doors can also be equipped with special sections, such as glazed or openwork panels. There is also the possibility of making a glazed door. These are practical solutions to improve the ventilation of the room and provide daylight for the garage interior – which is particularly useful, for example, at mechanic or diagnostic garages.
The glazed aluminium panel is made of a 40 mm thick profile. The panel frame is made of anodised aluminium with a thickness of 1.8 mm, and the filling is a double acrylic sheet with a thickness of 3 mm.
The total thickness of the glazing unit is 21 mm.
The structure of the glazed industrial aluminium door is made of aluminium and galvanised steel elements. The door leaf consists of a galvanised steel panel, mounted in the bottom part of the door, and aluminium glazed panels mounted above it.
Transparent elements of the panels are made of acrylic sheets. Industrial aluminium doors can be made to any size up to a maximum width of 5 m and a height of 5 m.
The openwork panel is made of an aluminium profile frame with a thickness of 40 mm, filled with an openwork pattern made of steel sheet (ventilation openings with dimensions of 10 x 10 mm). Available in anodised aluminium or other RAL colours.
A practical solution that allows access of persons without the need to open the entire door – available in two variants, depending on the selected structure of the door panel:
The frame and sash of the service door are made of anodised aluminium profiles (can be repainted in any colour from the basic RAL colour chart) – filled with a panel, the same as in the main door. The main door may only be opened when the service door is closed.
The functional equipment of the service door includes:
