Windows & doors mosquito nets

Open windows and allow ventilation thanks to windows mosquito nets

Mosquito nets are functional and attractive screens for windows and doors made of dense mesh, which protect the interior of the building from insects.

The mosquito net is made from carbon fibre and is resistant to weathering and damage. DAKO offers six types of mosquito nets, allowing you to choose the right solution for your needs.

Frame-mounted and roll-up mosquito nets

Windows mosquito nets

The DK-MO window frame-mounted mosquito net fulfils its task from early spring to autumn.

The mosquito net is frame-mounted to the window using rotary handles. The frames are made of an aluminium profile in two variants: with a "fin" adjacent to the window frame and without a "fin" with a brush seal. The second option is used when the window frame is completely built in or when a roller shutter is installed on the window. The system allows you to work with most window profiles. In autumn, the mosquito net can be dismantled, cleaned and stored until the next season in order to extend its life.

Sliding and pleated mosquito nets:

DAKO Sliding mosquito nets for windows and doors

The DK-MP sliding frame-mounted mosquito net system is used in large, glazed recesses of balconies, terraces and winter gardens.

The mosquito net moves between the upper and lower guide rail. In the lower part, there is a roller with a mechanism that enables smooth adjustment of the angle of inclination of each unit. A wide selection of rail fittings allows you to mount the mosquito net in various ways, on almost all types of doors. The system uses a brake to slow down the movement of the screen when it reaches the end and a bumper to prevent the mosquito frame from hitting the rail.
