DAKO inspiration: Modern detached house with view of Beskid Sądecki.
This multi-storey house, situated on a small hill, impresses from the outside with its bright, modern design. It was built according to an individual design of the investors who wanted to open the building to the garden and amazing Beskid Sądecki panorama.
- In the entire building PVC windows from DPQ-82 series were installed. They are characterised by an excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. The use of corner windows in the high-ceilinged living room adds lightness to the room and lets in plenty of sunlight.
- Two types of windows were used: tilt and turn windows and non-opening fixed glazings in windows that are difficult to access. Additionally, all windows are equipped with invisible - hidden under elevation - exterior roller shutters and in some of the windows mosquito nets were used to protect against insects
- Ease of use, excellent thermal insulation parameters and a comfortable low doorstep were the reasons for choosing HST lift and slide patio doors, which the owners decided to install both in the living room and in the dining room connected with the kitchen. The sliding doors provide maximum passage space and the ability to open the rooms fully to the garden. Thanks to this solution the terrace has become a relaxation zone for the residents and a favourite place to spend free time on summer afternoons.
- The light façade is complemented by the colour of the windows joinery - the investors have chosen wood-like winchester veneer colour when ordering windows, roller shutters and patio doors. The warm, golden colour of the veneer with characteristic graining resembling wood adds diversity to the appearance of the house not only from the outside, but also from the inside
