Modern housing estate in the centre of Wrocław

For years, we have been successfully cooperating with developers in Poland and abroad. DAKO products are installed in multi-family buildings, commercial and service points, as well as public utility places. Our commitment and quality of manufactured products are appreciated by investors and selected for subsequent implementations.

In this case, DAKO products – PVC windows and balcony doors and flush-mounted roller shutters were used in the construction of several multi-family buildings in the Port Popowice housing estate in the centre of Wrocław.

• in each of the buildings, PVC tilt and turn windows from the DPQ 82 series have been installed. They guarantee thermal insulation properties and noise protection at the highest level. Proper air circulation in the apartment is ensured by ventilators installed in the window frame
• the use of PVC balcony doors from the DPQ 82 series with a movable post ensures a wide transition to the balcony and effective airing of rooms with a French balcony
• in order to provide tenants of apartments on the ground floor with maximum privacy and security, the developer decided to install flush-mounted roller shutters in the windows and balcony doors
• the color of the woodwork has been selected for the facades of the buildings. In four blocks, anthracite products are installed, while in the fifth block, windows, balcony doors and blinds are gray beige
