DAKO Inspirations: Classic villa with modern solutions for rent
An increasing number of people who want to spend their vacations with family and friends decide to rent a whole house. It offers much more comfort and privacy than hotel rooms. When preparing a house for rent, investors must pay particular attention to the comfort of the renters. One of such places is Villa Mariza situated in Jaworki - Szczawnica.
- The vinyl joinery of the DPQ-82 series installed in this building guarantees thermal insulation properties of the highest level. This results in big savings on heating in the winter and provides protection from outside heat in the summer.
- From the garden side, interesting triangular windows have been designed, which give character to the building. They combine fixed glazing with tilt and turn windows.
- From the large, bright living room, which is the heart of the house, as well as from the stylish dining room, you can access the terrace with lounge area, barbecue and swimming pool. In the dining room, HST terrace doors were used, which guarantee a smooth, barrier-free passage, which is undoubtedly a great convenience for guests. Whereas in the living room, a balcony window combined with fixed glazing was chosen.
- By installing mosquito nets, guests don't need to worry about insects indoors. Frame mosquito nets were installed in the bedrooms and a door mosquito net in the living room. In the dining room - a sliding mosquito net dedicated for HST doors was installed.
